DynaMed is a point-of-care clinical reference tool that includes more than 3,400 topics covering diseases, conditions, drugs and more. Created by physicians for physicians, DynaMed strives to provide current information with validity, relevance and convenience.
Downloading the DynaMed mobile app.
Using the link under medical databases on the medical library’s home page, open DynaMed.
In the top right-hand section of the page click on the picture of the person.
Click on create account.
Fill out the information on the account creation page.
Go to your phone and to your app store and put DynaMed into the search box.
Download the DynaMed app. Do NOT download the DynaMedex app because it won’t be able to verify your username and password.
It will take up to 30 minutes to download and you DO have to be connected to wireless for the whole amount of time.
Once the app has been downloaded, open it and proceed to use it.
