Getting Started

Your assignment is divided into two parts:

  • One part is to interview people about "food trucks" (this is 'primary' research based on the empathy phase of design thinking).
  • The other part is to search the web and the library sources for information about "food trucks" (this is secondary research based on the define phase of design thinking).

Scope note

SEARCHING AS STRATEGIC EXPLORATION: Searching for information is often nonlinear and iterative, requiring the evaluation of a range of information sources and the mental flexibility to pursue alternate avenues as new understanding develops.
