JSTOR is a collection of full text scholarly journals in a wide variety of subject areas, providing entire backfiles of key journals. Campbell has access to JSTOR Arts and Sciences I through VIII and XI, as well as specific collections for Life Sciences, Religion and Theology.

If you're going into a study of religious themes, Atla may be a great resource for you. There are some religious readings of texts, but it would be best to look up theological ideas you're running into and supporting your argument based on historical interpretation. Examples of use could be looking at Biblical names that are being used throughout a text, the significance of numbers like 40, 7, etc., or imagery like mountains and valleys through a religious lens.

A great way to search through 27 ProQuest databases together, including literary studies, religious studies, and psychology.

ProQuest's psychology-only database, is great for getting general information on behaviors associated with different psychological concepts. You could use this to look up studies on the effects of isolation, psychosis, and specific diagnoses that you may see traits of in characters depending on your approach.

EBSCOhosted psychology database that can be used much like the ProQuest database. This one can be cross-referenced with other EBSCO-hosted databases like Atla, MLA International, and PSYCArticles.

An excellent resource for getting historical context of the text or author's setting.
