ATLA Religion Database
This is the premier database for the field of religion. It includes over one million citations for articles, book reviews and essays, and provides full-text for many of the articles and book reviews

These databases are multi-disciplinary and so are not as focused as ATLA Religion Database on theological disciplines, but may also be of benefit. These are the database I would recommend after ATLA:

Academic Search Complete
Provides full text for more than 3,430 scholarly publications covering academic areas of study including social sciences, humanities, education, computer sciences, engineering, language and linguistics, arts & literature, medical sciences, and ethnic studies.
JSTOR
A collection of full text scholarly journals in the following subject areas: African American Studies, Anthropology, Asian Studies, Ecology, Economics, Education, Finance, History, Literature, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Population Studies, Sociology, and Statistics.
Project MUSE
Project MUSE provides online, worldwide, institutional subscription access to the full text of over 100 scholarly journals in the arts and humanities, social sciences and mathematics.
