Compare and contrast the treatment of death and gifting under the tax laws of various nations. You must compare the United States system with at least five other nations. Include in your paper the public policy position behind each country’s system. The paper should be about 10 pages, double spaced. It should be in Times New Roman 12 point font, 1.00" margins all around. Citations should be in APA format with a bibliography which will not count as part of the 10 pages. You should cite at least seven sources, two of which must be books. The project is due on February 25, 2013.
